MISSION: Task Force Mountain provides the military veterans community with purpose and a platform for continued service. We unite veterans to support their communities through organized volunteer efforts, disaster response, and mutual empowerment.
oUr foundation
Our Foundation: Task Force Mountain emerged from direct action, responding to the urgent needs of Appalachian communities devastated by Hurricane Helene in 2024. Our initial mobilization efforts – spanning search and rescue, logistics, and community support – proved the efficacy of veteran-led initiatives and highlighted the enduring spirit of service.
Our Commitment: Inspired by the principle “Iron Sharpens Iron” (Proverbs 27:17) and driven by the motto “Service Never Ends,” TFM is dedicated to building a robust network. We aim to foster a stronger veteran brotherhood regionally while deploying our collective skills to meet critical community needs effectively and compassionately.
We invite businesses, organizations, and individuals alike to partner with us through pledged monetary support or critical life-saving items to sustain life in times of disaster and resources to better complete the task.
